Directions


■JR Take JR Shinkansen - Sanyo Honsen Line to Aioi Station. 20 minutes to the center by car.
Take JR Shinkansen - Sanyo Honsen Line to Himeji Station. 45 minutes to the center by car.
To JR Aioi Station
  • About 3.5 hours from Tokyo Station (By Shinkansen Nozomi and Kodama trains. Transfer time is not included.)
  • About 1 hour from Shin-Osaka Station (By Shinkansen Kodama Train)
  • About 2 hours and 10 minutes from Hakata Station (By Shinkansen Nozomi and Kodama trains. Transfer time is not included.)

■Chugoku Expressway About 35 minutes from Yamasaki Interchange.
About 20 minutes from Sayo Interchange.
■Sanyo Expressway About 25 minutes from Tatsuno Nichi Interchange.
Alternatively, use Sanyo Expressway Harima Junction and go onto Harima Expressway to Harima Shingu Interchange (adjacent city). 6 minutes to the center.
■ Bus 28 minutes from JR Aioi Station.
Take a Shinki bus bound for SPring-8 and get off at Hyogo Ion Beam Medical Center. The center is right off the bus stop.
