  • The indication for particle beam radiation therapy is a primary kidney cancer (renal cell carcinoma) diagnosed pathologically or by diagnostic imaging.
  • The therapy can be used only if the definitive surgery is difficult or the patient refuses a surgery.

Any 10cm or less The definitive surgery is difficult or the patient refuses a surgery. The digestive tract exists within 2cm from the kidney cancer.
