Vaginal Cancer Treatment Overview

The indication for particle beam radiation therapy is vaginal cancer that has been confirmed pathologically (biopsy, surgery).
The therapy is applicable only when other definitive treatments (surgery, external beam irradiation therapy, brachytherapy) are not possible or the patient refuses to receive such therapies.
Any histological type is considered the indication.
